Sponsors

The Science in the City project is made possible because of support from many different sponsors and partners who join Executive Partners the Australian Museum and the University of Sydney to deliver Science in the City, Science in the Suburbs and Science in the Bush events across NSW each year.

Executive Partners

The Australian Museum

The Australian Museum has been the driving force behind the Science in the City Project since its inception in 2001. The Science Communication Unit administers the Science in the City Project and aims to ensure that students across NSW are able to access vibrant science education outside of the classroom.

The University of Sydney

As the Executive Partner with the Australian Museum in the Science in the City Project, The University of Sydney has played an integral role in its development from one event at the Australian Museum to a diverse program of events reaching over 10000 NSW school students. The University of Sydney Faculty of Science remains the largest contributor of event content throughout the Science in the City Project events.
